My wife and I met Yoel Robbins 20 minutes after calling him about a home he had listed for sale. We had never met Yoel before and he went out of his way to accommodate us because we were just visiting Aruba from the USA. Although we did not make an offer on the first house Yoel showed us, we did on the second house. Within 1 hour after meeting Yoel we made a decision to purchase a house in Aruba knowing nothing about the process. That is where the experience of Yoel is at his best. He handled everything from writing up the Purchase Agreement to specifying what was included with the house. This included pictures and inventory list of the home contents. This was all done while we were back in the USA. The communication with Yoel was fantastic. Our house was purchased from an older Dutch man and Yoel was able to provide the language translation between us and the seller.
